Yoga offers numerous benefits throughout pregnancy as well as postpartum. It is a great way to reduce stress, build physical stamina, and also find community with other pregnant people. Practicing yoga throughout pregnancy can provide helpful tools in preparing for labor and childbirth, creating strength through asana and breath awareness through pranayama.
